PeaceWorks Community Radio (KEPW) was recently honored with the regional Edward R. Murrow award for its news web presence in the small market radio category. Five articles were submitted from the Eugene Community Newswire (ECN) website for the competition. ECN is currently in transition from its KEPW hosted location over to WholeCommunity.news (WCN), where it will be managed by the nonprofit Corporation for Public Community Newspapers (CPCN), but news team collaboration will be ongoing between KEPW and CPCN.
