At KEPW, we believe it’s essential to hear from our next generation. Through the KEPW Youth Radio Project, we proudly provide a platform where young people can share their voices, ideas, and perspectives on the air.

What We Do

The KEPW Youth Radio Project offers hands-on training and mentorship through weekly group meetings and one-on-one sessions. Participants learn how to create and share content on:

Get Involved

We offer a wide range of opportunities for young people to explore radio and media production, including:

  • Hosting or co-hosting a radio show on topics they care about
  • Audio editing and production
  • Computer and technical skills
  • Promotion and outreach
  • Communication and storytelling

Youth participants also engage directly with the community by:

  • Visiting local non-profit organizations
  • Meeting business owners
  • Conducting field interviews
  • Covering local events

At Youth Radio, we combine learning with fun—building confidence, creativity, and real-world skills along the way.
